This is not the first time I’ve heard about this. I’ve looked at it a lot. The problem right is, as I understand it, it’s not covered by Medicare. I have heard that perhaps in another year or so that it might be. My hypothetical question about this is: If one goes the route of SBRT to treat cancer in the near term and then a reoccurrence happens, would this procedure be applicable?

I had Urolift and it was ZERO improvement. In fact made things worse!

Crazy how my PCP wanted to give me depression meds instead of treating my low testosterone. My life has changed so much for the better with Testosterone replacement therapy and no longer feel depressed I feel full of energy libido is high and I enjoy life again.

I just had the procedure done, and am experiencing a lot of pelvic pain, frequent urination, with blood and occasional blood clots, that are long and stringy. Pretty gross! This is the third day post surgery, and still passing a lot of blood in my opinion. I am on warfarin therapy for a heart valve, and taking Lovenox injections twice daily, while my surgeon told me to take all my meds the night on the day I had my procedure. Was told this is all normal, but the blood coming out really scares me!

Urolift worked for me for only two years and then urgency came back. I did try to talk to the Urolift company but they refused to talk to me. Any ideas on how to make my urolift implant working again which is sitting idle inside of me doing nothing?

Every time someone comes up with something great for human health, you get others coming along trying to crape on it. TRT and exercise is worth the risk. The question is is eating McDonald’s every day and sitting on your ass worth the risk. Most parents don’t teach their kids to eat healthy. How can they when they are always running their kids to McDonald’s and buying them candy all the time.
